OUR SERVICES

The available SCL and Non-SCL supports and services at Mountain Ridge Community Care, Inc. will be provided pursuant to the SCL Recipient's Support Plan, with qualified staff and/or other professionals. The SCL services include, Case Management for individuals not receiving any other service from Mountain Ridge Community Care, Inc., Staffed Residence Support Services, Day Training, Community Access Services, Community Guide Services,

Community Transition Services, Positive Behavior Support, Respite, Supported Employment, Pre-Vocational Services. The Non-SCL services include Consultative Clinical and Therapeutic Service, Speech Therapy, Physical Therapy, Specialized Medical Equipment and Supplies, and Occupational Therapy,

Environmental Accessibility, Adaptation Services, Goods and Services, Natural Supports Training, Person-Centered Coaching, Personal Assistance Services, Shared Living, Transportation Services, and Vehicle Adaptation Services.
